We started out in 2004 with Scott Einarson when he was a foodservice sales representative for a large restaurant supply company. Scott worked for many years with restaurants and commercial kitchens in chemicals and food and was our "expert" in food. Scott saw a need for smaller businesses or companies who needed service but couldn't purchase in cases all the time. Scott was lucky enough to meet a great supporter at The Grocery People who also saw the need and helped him get started.

The wheels started turning and soon he had Tracey Einarson convinced to leave nursing (temporarily of course:) and help him start a new business. Tracey also has a background in retail grocery and diners so that covered the retail end of things.

Another person was required and through an old classmate Scott found Salim Patel. Salim had been in the gas station and convenience store business for years and had a great idea of how that area of business could best be served.

We do this business with our families and for our families. It is an honour to work with the customers we have and to build personal relationships with the people we serve.
